最近机队AHM出现很多 Ground Spoiler Did Not Extend 的报警:




比如B5840飞机



查看报文




可以明显看出扰流板的作动是没有问题的


所以这明显是一条 假报警



为什么会产生这么多假报警呢?

就此事我也问了下波音


1、Ground Spoiler Did Not Extend 逻辑


My question:

1.What is the logic for  Ground Spoiler Did Not Extend alert?

2.Is this normal?


RESPONSE:

1. The logic for the Ground Spoiler Did Not Extend alert requires three pre-conditions: Speed Brake Armed (i.e., light on), Airplane on the ground and Throttles at ground idle.  When these conditions are true, if the Ground Spoilers / Speed Brakes analog discrete indicates Not Up for more than seven (7) seconds, the Auto Speed Brake (062) report is triggered with a reason code of GSP.  This is the final condition checked by this report.  All other auto speed brake extension conditions passed before this fault is captured.


2. 71 CEA airplanes reported this fault eighty (80) or more times between 01 January 2016 and 30 June 2016.  All of the fault cases averaged between eleven (11) and twelve (12) seconds for the discrete to indicate ground spoilers / speed brakes up.  Over the same time period, 417 other AHM-monitored 737NGs generated about half the total number of Auto Speed Brake (062) reports (i.e., extension issues detected) - 5697 reports versus 12,663 reports from China Eastern 737NGs.  Only one of those 5697 reports indicated the GSP reason code with an extension time of ten (10) seconds.


可知此报警触发需要4个条件同时满足:

  1. 速度刹车已经预位

  2. 飞机在地面

  3. 油门杆在地面慢车位(TRA<37°)

  4. 前3个条件同时满足后,如果地面扰流板7秒钟内没有到UP位,就会触发原因为GSP的062报




2、报文解读


知道此报警触发的逻辑后,我们再来看报警时的具体ACMS报文:




从图中可以看出,在36~37秒的时候油门杆收到慢车,在41秒的时候地面扰流板放出。36,37,38,39,40,41,最多才6秒,明显没有达到大于7秒未到UP位的触发条件。为什么会触发此报警呢?




3、AHM ACMS软件

My question:

In the attachment,the TRA less than 37% on sec 58,the ground spoilers goes to up on sec 03.



58,59,00,01,02,03,it only takes 6 seconds and no more than 7 seconds,why did this report captured?


RESPONSE:

You are correct.  The software version in the attached report is A31-03, which had incorrect triggering issue for the Auto Speedbrake report.   The report triggered for the first signal found to be incorrect after the pre-qualifiers had been met, instead of monitoring for the full seven second window to determine which signal(s) never met the auto extend conditions.  Nuisance triggering is typically GSP or CMD.  Software versions A81-03 and A31-04 corrected the triggering in the Auto Speedbrake report.  Boeing recommends updating to the current AHM ACMS software version.


A31-03版本的ACMS软件会触发这样的错误报警,A81-03和A31-04版本的软件已经纠正了此错误。


询问工程部得知:

  1. A31-04适用于2233000-816-1的DFDAU,考虑到-816的运算能力有限,东航没升级。

  2. A81-03适用于2233000-916-1的DFDAU,该版本已经有最新版A81-04,东航已升级。


由于件号2233000-916-1的DFDAU只有新飞机有装,所以对于机队大部分安装816的DFDAU的737NG飞机来说,此假报警将还会一直存在。
