咨询波音，该“底座拖把”是一个Blind-Insert，件号是SL618-3CM，安装需要使用封胶BMS5-28/92/123（波音规范号） ，比如EC-2216 B/A（厂家件号，符合BMS5-92）， 安装步骤参考BAC5583（文件获取方式在文末）。
According to the Boeing DWG 147A5810 Sheet 137, the missed part is a Blind-Insert in the floor panel rather than the nutplate – see P50 in 147A5810 Sheet 137. The ECODE 5107 has been assigned to this point P50. Boeing DWG 140A1005 Sheet 1 Page 7 provide the detail explanation for ECODE 5107 – the part number for this insert is ‘SL618-3CM’. Please refer to BAC5583 to install and cure the Insert - SL618-3CM.
